• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.

• When the member requests self-exclusion.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Before closing an account, mxbaji will notify the member via email or SMS and allow them the opportunity to respond. However, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken.
